I specialize in working with young adults who struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, burn out, feeling down, low or stuck. Whether through talk therapy or EMDR, we'll work toward achieving your goals and help you feel better. Together we'll incorporate coping skills and process past trauma or difficulties to address the underlying issues that still bother you today. I work with pre-teens (10+), teens, young adults and adults. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming.
